Outreach at Springwood Heath

To access support from Springwood Heath either:

Complete an Early Years/ Key Stage 1&2 / Key Stage 3&4 Provider Panel Referral form  requesting, Outreach Support from Springwood Heath.

Or

Through a child’s Annual Review of Statement as an outcome to be achieved by the Local Authority. Springwood Heath will then be written  into a child’s amended statement by the education officers.

Referrals:

Springwood Heath will accept direct referrals depending on capacity.

There will be a cost to your school.
